The idea for this song came as a result of blank stares after making historical references in front of younger co-workers. Everyone goes through this as they age, and you may not start to realize it until you get to be my age, and then suddenly you realize as well, that you may never have those experiences or visit those places again during the remainder of your life. I guess the real message is to younger people. Cherish those experiences and those moments for they may never come again.
